Anytime Fitness Makes Donation to Turtle Wing Foundation

Kim Bubela and her fabulous team at Anytime Fitness in Schulenburg recently challenged club members and community members to participate in their annual Dry-Tri to benefit Turtle Wing Foundation. Each club offered a three day window where athletes of all skill levels signed up to complete as individuals or as a team. A Dry-Tri is an indoor triathlon. In this event the participants completed a 3.1 mile treadmill run, 2000 meter row, and a 5 mile stationary bike ride. Proceeds from the event along with additional donations made by participants were recently presented to Turtle Wing Foundation founder and president, DeeAnn Hooper. The 2021 Dry-Tri raised $2,100! Anytime Fitness has been a huge supporter of the foundation since they opened their doors. They are indeed a friendly neighborhood gym, and welcome members whether they are a beginner or fitness fanatic. Anytime Fitness helps get members to a healthier place! They have even worked with Turtle Wing high school and aged out students to help provide a guided journey to wellness along with social connections and a safe place with friendly faces right here at home in their community.
