With Father’s Day just around the corner, one of Turtle Wing Foundation’s newest corporate partners, Katysweet Confectioners, has invited the youth who participate in their Social Skills Outing Groups to visit and create a sweet surprise for Dad. This outing will incorporate the Turtle Tweens, which is for children 3rd grade through 8th grade, and Turtle Teens and And Then “crew” for children high school and older. The outing will be held on Tuesday, June 11, from 6-7 PM. Katysweet Confectioners is located at 4321West State Highway 71 in La Grange. This program is underwritten by Turtle Wing Foundation due to a grant from Second Chance Emporium.
